Every founder and company is different. But the way I show up - how I structure my time, how I communicate - stays consistent. Here’s what you can expect from working with me.

In short: Remote-first, async-friendly, clear boundaries.

Remote & async by default

I work remotely and I’m fully set up for it. Distributed teams are where I’m most experienced, and I know how to stay closely embedded without being in the same room.

Async is my default: written updates, shared docs, and structured check-ins. That said, I’m pragmatic - when a quick call is the better tool, I’ll suggest it. Especially with founders and senior leaders, a 20-minute sync can unblock what three days of messages couldn’t.

Communication & cadence

I default to Slack and email, but I’ll adapt to whatever your team already uses. The best communication system is the one people consistently stick to.

You can expect:

During working hours, I’m responsive. If I’m in focused work or a meeting, it’ll show on my calendar - otherwise you can expect a quick reply.

Availability

I discuss availability with every client upfront, because with international teams the lines can blur quickly.

Once we agree on working hours, I hold to them - and I expect you to as well.
